Our banks offer a wide range of mortgage loans that allow you to adjust your payments to what you can afford, so that purchasing your Spanish home does not become a burden. Through these banks we can arrange for up to 80% of the value of the property over a period of 15 to 40 years.

Documentation needed to arrange a mortgage loan:

  • Residence card (NIE or passport, if you do not reside in Spain).
  • Proof of Income: You need to provide a letter from your company indicating your annual income.
  • Income tax certificate (P60s). The three most recent payslips.
